Hercule Poirot

Hello teacher and classmates, today i will talk about a character i like, he is Mr. Poirot.
Hercule Poirot is a character created by the writer Agatha Christie, and this character is a Belgian detective. The First appearance of this detective was in 1920 in the book called "The Mysterious Affair al Styles", and the last appeared was in "Curtain" in 1.975.

By 1.930 Agatha Christie said of Poirot that he was "unbearable" and by 1.960 she felt that he was "detestable and self-centered".  However, the public loved him and the writer refused to kill him, she said that was her duty to do what the public liked, and what the public liked was Poirot.

Poirot is the most famous character of British author Agatha Christie. Former member of the Belgian Police, came to England as a refugee during the First World War and never left the country, which was established as a highly successful private detective.

Mr, Poirot impresses everyone with his intelligence to solve the most complicated cases that are presented. Is a retired detective who always has a lot of work, and always seeks to solve mysteries that appeal to their intellectual complexity.

The character was brought to the big screen on too much occasions between 1.931 and 1.982. He also has his own TV Series and several highly successful seasons, named Agatha Christie : Poirot in 1.989 and starring by the british actor David Suchet.

Hercule Poirot's character has beeb so famous, and have even writtn a book about his biography.

I must confess that I do not know, I've heard a lot about the author, but never of this character ... I think it's time to start reading books more "famosillos" ...
could you lend me the book that first appeared this character? ?
